Sports and Clubs
School Netball Team
The following out of school activities are available:
Badgers (St John Ambulance First Aid Training), Football, Chess, Netball, Street Dance, Recorders, Drama, Choir, Orchestra, Computer Club, Judo, Tennis, Athletics and Cross Country Running.
The pupils at our school achieve highly in chess in local and national competitions.
Teams of children of both sexes take part in local football, netball and tennis competitions.
We also take an active part in local swimming galas and dance shows and dance competitions.
Each summer, Y6 has a one-week residential outdoor learning experience with trained instructors. The activities include problem solving, orienteering, rock climbing and sailing. For many children it is their first experience of staying away from home and it enables them to develop a sense of independence within a structured and supported environment.
